The founder
Norman "Kai" Lee.
Chef, producer, and the founder of Savrli. Twenty years across hospitality, ownership, and operations in Italy, Myanmar, Mexico, and the U.S. Author of "The Art of the Lease." Founder of Lease IQ. In 2023 he stepped behind the camera and started Savrli, the food and culture network launching July 2026.
Savrli Studios is the production company. It develops and produces originals for the Savrli Network, partner platforms, and brands. It builds shows from inside the work, not outside it. Chef, table, room, guest. The whole picture in one frame.

Production runs across nine countries, with home crews in Brooklyn, Lima, Panama, Mexico City, and Marrakech, and active casts in Miami, Los Angeles, Austin, Houston, Portland, and New York.
