Savrli Studios was not built in a boardroom. It was built in a kitchen. Founded by Norman "Kai" Lee in 2023, we partner with restaurants, food brands, hospitality groups, chefs, creators, and platforms to make content that feels real, social, and cinematic. Currently producing in nine countries.

Founder

Built from the kitchen up.

Norman "Kai" Lee spent two decades in hospitality before stepping behind the camera. He has built, operated, and advised restaurants across Italy, Myanmar, Mexico, and the U.S. He published "The Art of the Lease," a book on the document that controls a restaurant's survival, and built Lease IQ to teach operators how leases actually work.

In 2023 he started Savrli to make the food media the industry deserves. Studios produces the shows. Network distributes them. The App turns the storytelling into where to eat tonight. Self-funded. No board. Currently producing in nine countries.
